ETL is a contract electronics manufacturing company with very high level certification for electronics work in the aerospace sector (AS9100 to be precise). Swordfish just completed a new website to deliver responsive functionality and a full refresh of the content. In fact, we wrote the content for the company’s original site (not designed by us) some years back. The site includes a protected employee area and a space for ETL to upload job vacancies. Better still is a feature that lets ETL issue accurate quotations fast against detailed information requested in an online form. Our other work for ETL includes smart exhibition displays to make the right impact at a trade show. We designed a series of pull-up banners using images that reflect those on the firm’s website. Then, practicing the Art of What’s Possible, we created an all-new montage image depicting end-user applications of the company’s work, such as aircraft, marine and medical. A version of this original montage is used on the new website and also formed the basis of a half-page advertisement for Aerospace magazine, the UK’s leading trade publication in the sector.
