Our client Magnet Schultz Ltd (MSL) has had a run of trade shows over the past couple of months.
First, it was the Fluid Power & Systems show at London’s Olympia, then the Farnborough International Airshow, followed by the rather creative PLASA event back at Olympia where MSL exhibits its Electro Kabuki theatrical reveal system. Next, it was the International Security Expo also at Olympia. This week, the venue was ExCel in London’s Docklands for Liftex 2022 – the exhibition for the Lifts and Elevator industry.
MSL had never exhibited at Liftex before. The show only takes place every three years. Since that last Liftex event, the MSL engineers have developed a new electric locking solution designed for lift applications (it’s a thin profile solenoid lock that will fit into existing lift frames and infrastructure) called the TALL – Type Approved Lift Lock.
We attended the first afternoon of the Liftex show to support the client’s team: Senior Technical Sales Engineer Tim and the company’s lift lock design expert Lewis. As usual, we used the opportunity to catch up with the editors of key industry publications supporting the show. Thanks to those in-person conversations, some great PR will now follow. That should elevate (pun intended) the awareness of the company’s specialised TALL product and help it gain more traction in the Lifts and Hoists market.
